The other day I was half-heartedly tidying the workroom. I have lots of fabrics from when I started my shop 10 years ago and was still planning to sell clothes back then.
And I started wondering what I could make with all that, so I checked the web as one would ;)
I stumbled across a pouch tutorial on Youtube and decided to give it a go.
It turned out to be fun.
So now I am in a pouch-making-frenzy, replacing the apple-eating obsession.
I love pouches, I have gazillions, but you can never have too many pouches, nor stationery, nor pens nor school supplies in general (funny I am so obsessed with school supplies as I never enjoyed school much...).
As I don't really have any intentions of selling them (I kind of gave up the idea of selling now, I suck at marketing and you have to be more of a marketer than a maker these days...) so I just put everything in pouches :'D Soon I'll be making pouches for pouches.
I have ordered 100 zippers (because it cost the price of 2 store bought zippers here).
Not sure yet what I am going to do with all those pouches...
The first one I made.
The labels are also from 10 years ago...I never did anything with them...
I gave it to mom, she organized the mess in her purse...
A gothic haunted mansion one...
I made it big enough to store my little notebooks and some pens...
I tried a square one and stuck my cat patch on it.
I store my medecations in it...
The last one for now, with Ikea fabric.
I am keeping all the little stuff that were at the bottom of the sewing box.
