I want a macro lens

The other day I wanted to go out to take bug photos ...as I regularly find really interesting ones here. It didn't work too well, they all came out blurry and unusable...and I can't just blame my unsteady hands...I need a macro lens! Too bad my birthday is not any time soon...
Anyway, here's my series of bug free photos...at least those who don't like bugs won't freak out...

Pebbles and cat whisker

Partially eaten leaf (by a snail but it fell off)

Begonias (the bee I was trying to photograph is gone)

Weeds (I almost had a photo of a firebug here)

Pepita's tummy

Pepita's paw

Hehe :)
Great serie of "bug free" pictures!
Your lens seems pretty good though, but I suppose you have to go quite near the subject, am I right?
One fine day you'll have a macro lens to photograph pretty bugs :)

Ok, that got me rolling :-)
I was actually looking hard for the bugs before I read the subtitles, thought it were the amazing camouflage things.
Turns out they're ninja bugs :-)

The absence of the bugs... sounds mysterious :)
I do like the pictures, they have something calming.

I like the photo with Pepita's tummy! It has good details, I don't fully understand the scale but it's detailed!

LOVE Pepita's tummy. Admit it, you must bury your face in it very often, like I do with Pickle!! :D (She is very tolerant of me!)
