Bob the Martian

Do you sometimes have very vivid dreams, dreams of plans and ideas that seem completely logical and rational, ideas that feel so awesome that you wonder why no one ever thought of them before?
And of course, once you're awake those genius idea are at best very weird...
This is how this blog post came about.
One evening last week, my cat Bob Mega Kitten wouldn't come back inside. At midnight I gave up trying to get him back  and went to bed. Usually I don't fall asleep right away and I just thought I'd get up later to try to lure him back inside again.
Well, I fell asleep right away.
And Bob was stuck on Mars...all alone, without air and without food. I could see him in his little space suit, begging to come back home behind the living room bay window.
I could read his mind and know he was planning to plant potatoes...and then realize that he doesn't even eat potatoes. And Bob became the Scream by Munch.

And all along, I kept thinking it would make a great series of blog posts, the Adventures of Bob stranded on Mars...
And at 4 am I woke up with a start and Bob was waiting at the window. He jumped inside, cuddled against me and we both fell asleep.

I like the poster! And maybe the dream brought some fresh ideas! What about cats on posters for movies instead of people? :D

This is so funny :)
The last few years I rarely remember my dreams, my mother though has the craziest and complicated dreams, I always tell her that she should write a book with her stories/ dreams :) I like your idea of writing it in your blog :)

I dream a lot. And remember many dreams when I wake up.
Never had a cat on Mars though... But love the idea, and it could be a movie, couldn't it? :-)
